Target Welcome Sign
September 5, 2022Found this sign in the dollar section at Target for $5. I have been wanting a cute welcome sign to put out front. I traced the letters with a small amount of paint on an atist brush so I would have the general lines done. Once I had a clean outline, I carefully used craft paint to fill in the letters. After it was all dry, I used a fine sandpaper to scuff them a bit. I then used a walnut stain to make the whole thing darker. I went over the painted letters as well to take the brightness away and age it a little. Click any image for larger view.
