Smoked Turkey & Game Hens

Dave is still experimenting with the new smoker and smoked a turkey breast and game hens this weekend. He used a mesquite rub on the turkey breast and a sweet & spicy rub on the game hens. They all came out delicious with a great smoky flavor.

Dave went to Barbeques Galore and purchased a new wireless digital thermometer, a smoker box, meat thermometer and some new wood chips.
